So who are Dave and Gerry?

Dave Turner is 63 years old, originally from the UK but living in Ireland for the past 31 years. Dave worked for 40 years for a US global fragrance manufacturer and retired in 2008.  Since then he has been doing voluntary work becoming one of the co-founders of Drogheda and District Support 4 Older People (DDS4OP) in 2011.  Dave’s many pleasures include cycling, soccer, music, beer and wine!

Gerry Mullroy is 56 years old and a self employed electrician. Born in Drogheda, Gerry has already done the USA coast to coast trip back in 1977, but in a car never on a bicycle.  Gerry’s real passion is music and he has been playing guitar and singing for over 30 years, both as a solo artist and in various bands.
