Day 12 Elk Garden to Breaks 45 miles

Left the methodist church and spent all day on the very busy route 80.This area is teaming with coal mines and log cutting so with no shoulder on the road we had to be very carefull as the trucks behind us and the ones approching us were huge .The mountain road was up and down very steep climbs and very long decents, the temperature was well over 35 C so we were glad when we reaches Breaks and the Gateway Motel ,although they have no wifi.
